Icon Marina Village is a new construction project in West Palm Beach. Developed by Related and constructed by Balfour Beatty, this luxury rental apartment property is located on five acres of prime waterfront with gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic, Palm Beach Island and Downtown West Palm Beach.

Designed to create an oasis of serenity and luxury, the landscape at Icon Marina Village highlights a quiet elegance that focuses on textures and sustainable maintenance. A highlight of the property is the oceanside pool deck, a focal point that boasts various palm trees and textures that evoke a welcoming invitation to lounge and take in the tropical setting. More than 5000 plants were installed at Icon Marina Village.

Balfour Beatty broke ground on the project on 7 April 2021, and the project is now open for onsite tours.
